The BKW Mini Water Color can be used for many diverse applications. Some examples include welding machinery, Laser-Plasma installations, electron microscopes, X-ray tubes, hydraulic systems, plastic molding machinery, spindles, motors, cleaning and degreasing installations, as well as numerous other applications.
The Re-Cooling Plant is easy to open for cleaning in applications where contaminated materials are processed. The lateral air aspiration device for the condenser is positioned at the top, which makes the dirt accumulations inside the condenser easy to see and, thus, easy to clean. Upon request, it is available with an air filter fitted to the condenser.
No additional space required thanks to the possibility of positioning the Immersion Re-Cooler onto the oil or liquid container. Large-surface evaporator made of standard steel or stainless steel 1.4301. Condenser extremely dirt-resistant. Owing to an approximately 5 times larger surface than the surface of the corresponding Continuous Cooling Plant, this equipment offers a high transmission value and efficiency even if the flow speed is low.
Including a fully hermetical cooling agent compressor for the cooling of clean water, glycol mix or emulsion. A powerful water pump (WRK30-100 made of stainless steel), a container and a complete electrical control system are incorporated. The special evaporator allows preliminary water temperatures of up to approx. 2 degrees C without anti-freezer. Even complete freezing will not cause any defects or total failure. Avoid excessive expenses for cooling water and complicated installations by using a sophisticated installation system, and use Water Re-Coolers made by BKW instead.
Electronic control systems are prone to malfunctions if exposed to high temperatures. The cooling is often performed by the blowing-in of external air or via indirect air/air heat exchangers without filters. As these systems always work according to the actual air temperature, the cooling performance is often unsatisfactory, especially during the hot season. The Control Cabinet Cooler has been constructed on the basis of 20 years of experience in refrigeration technology and tens of thousands of industrial cooling plants built for all kinds of applications. The cooling equipment is a unit ready for instant connection, and just an opening needs to be provided in the control cabinet for its installation. The equipment designed according to 19" technology is conceived as ready-to-install units for the standard control cabinets.
