HSK Tool Holder Taper 30 Degree Clamping Angle Gauges
Using the calibrated master, the distance of the 30 degree clamping slope relative to l 2 is preset using the dial indicator holder. The tool taper to be measured is placed in the centering piece, allowing the variation of the taper to be measured.
Series 968 HSK Tool Holder Taper Gauges
Series 968 gauges offer comprehensive dimensional verification of HSK tool holders.
Tool Racks Model M8S
To accommodate 8 tool carriers in two rows (4 tool carriers per row), arranged at a 35 degree angle.
Series 978 HSK 30 Degree Clamping Angle Gauges
To ensure sustained accuracy at HSK interfaces, we recommend comparison measuring of the geometry of HSK tool shanks and spindles at regular intervals. These checks should become more frequent with an increased change rate at the interface.
Tool Holder Taper Inspection Gauge
Available for all steep taper tool holder sizes (20, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60)
The tool holder inspection gauge is designed to inspect tool holder taper diameters for wear and other potential problems. Verifying tool holder tapers are correct can help to maximize spindle life and improve part finish.
Please note that the taper inspection gauge will only check diameter on two planes along with taper angle. The gauge will not detect nicks or localized damage to the taper. We recommend using series 430.110 taper sleeve gauges in conjunction with the taper inspection gauge for this purpose.
The tool holder taper inspection gauge includes the Fixture Base and two Indicators (0.002mm or 0.0001 inch resolution). An optional 430.110 certified Taper Master is strongly recommended for zeroing the Indicators. If a master is not available, a knowngood tool holder can be used in place of the master.
Tool Racks Model 8
To accommodate 8 tool carriers in two rows (4 tool carriers per row), arranged at a 35 degree angle. Used as a table model or as a standing model with an underframe.
Series 410 Dial Indicator Tool Taper Gauges
Both measuring gauges are set to zero with the calibrated taper plug gauge. When an HSK tool holder is inserted in the ring gauges, deviations in diameters d2 or d3 are shown on the indicator.
Morse Tool Holder Taper Sleeve Gauges
TAC Rockford Morse tool holder taper gauges are for inspection of Morse tool holder tapers. Gauges made from a hardened gauge steel, and include a certificate. Manufactured per DIN 229.
HSK Tool Holder Taper Inspection Gauge
Designed to detect tool holder taper wear in seconds.
The tool holder taper inspection gauge includes two Fixture Bases, two 0.001mm Indicators, and a carrying case. An optional 410.148 certified Taper Master is strongly recommended for zeroing the Indicators. If a master is not available, a known good tool holder can be used in place of the master. Click the Details Tab for more information.
HSK Drawbar Sensor Position Gauges
Drawbar position gauges are used to adjust and set drawbar stroke position on HSK machine tool spindles. The gauges allow the clamping angle to be adjusted to the high and low limits, allowing the stroke position to be set.
