Steep Taper (DIN 69871) Gauge Retention Knobs

Use a DIN 69871 Standard gauge/taper in steep taper spindles.

KS Adapter Flanges for Short Spindles

With radial alignment. Used for fitting into short spindles (DIN 69002) for holding HSK tools. Available for HSK-C 32, 40, 50, 63.

Hollow Taper Shank Type C

Preferably for use with spindles in transfer lines and special-purpose machines without automatic tool changing, stub spindles, extensions or reducers. Hollow Taper Shanks for Manual Tool Changing acc. to ISO 12164/DIN 69 893 Part 1 and 2 without Gripper Groove.

Steep Taper (DIN) to HSK Adapters

Adapts from DIN 69871 (standard taper) to DIN 69063 (HSK taper). Maximum runout between steep and HSK taper is 0.003 mm.

Steep Taper (CAT/ANSI) to HSK Adapters

Adapts from CAT / ASME (ANSI) B5.50 (standard taper) to DIN 69063 (HSK taper).

Steep Taper Adapter Knob Kits

Retention plug kits include all standard knob configurations for using CAT40 or DIN40 gauge taper with CAT/DIN/BT spindles.

Dial Indicator Spindle Taper Gauges

To ensure sustained accuracy at HSK interfaces, we recommend comparison measuring of the geometry of HSK tool shanks and spindles at regular intervals. These checks should become more frequent with an increased change rate at the interface. Calibration on request.
