Rotary Unions

Depending on the type of union, operating speeds ranging from 3,000 to 30,000 rpm with pressures up to 3,000 psi are possible. A number of models also have the capability to run dry if required. Custom-designed unions are also available.

In addition to a standard product line, we also offer rotary unions that are interchangeable with common rotary union products used in the machine tool industry. High quality and long service life make our rotary unions an excellent replacement part choice.

Hirth Couplings

If you need Hirth couplings or a Hirth coupling-style product, please send a drawing or ask us for a brochure, which shows dimensions for standard sizes, calculation formulas for sizing, and information about the manufacturing process. Delivery time is fast, many standard sizes are available from stock, the quality is excellent, and we believe our prices are unbeatable!

We manufacture standard Hirth couplings in all diameters from 50 to 1,000 mm, and with 24 to 720 teeth (depending on the diameter).

Need custom couplings? Not a problem! We routinely manufacture custom pieces per customer drawings, including 3 piece couplings and diameters up to 1,150 mm. All couplings come with a certificate of dimension specifics for your records.
