BKW Continuous Re-Cooling Power Units

The Re-Cooling Plant is easy to open for cleaning in applications where contaminated materials are processed. The lateral air aspiration device for the condenser is positioned at the top, which makes the dirt accumulations inside the condenser easy to see and, thus, easy to clean. Upon request, it is available with an air filter fitted to the condenser.

The Re-Cooling Plant is easy to open for cleaning in applications where contaminated materials are processed. The lateral air aspiration device for the condenser is positioned at the top, which makes the dirt accumulations inside the condenser easy to see and, thus, easy to clean. Upon request, it is available with an air filter fitted to the condenser.

Available as a serial standard product with 1 or 2 axial fans.

Radial fan for the channel connection from DL 350. Solid, aesthetic housing made of standard steel sheet profiles, including an operator panel placed at a lower level to protect the control instruments. Large control box to incorporate all control instruments of the IP 54 enclosure, including extra space for additional equipment.

As the control panel, the switch box and the condenser are all installed on one side, the equipment can be installed even where space is limited. Extra space is also provided beneath the condenser part, for incorporation of compensating containers, feed pumps and safety devices.

Available with up to 3 refrigerating circuits with a single refrigeration condenser and an independent control system for each refrigerating circuit. Upon request a differential control system, relative to room temperature with differences from 0.2 K or a three-point control system for heating / cooling, can be supplied. Easy fitting of the thermostat sensors at the inlet and outlet of the Re-Cooling Plant. Extremely compact external dimensions thanks to a sensible utilization of the room available. All power units are also available with a water-cooled condenser and a heat recovery system.
