Including a fully hermetical cooling agent compressor for the cooling of clean water, glycol mix or emulsion. A powerful water pump (WRK30-100 made of stainless steel), a container and a complete electrical control system are incorporated.

The special evaporator allows preliminary water temperatures of up to approx. 2 degrees C without anti-freezer. Even complete freezing will not cause any defects or total failure. Avoid excessive expenses for cooling water and complicated installations by using a sophisticated installation system, and use Water Re-Coolers made by BKW instead.

Application
Welding machines, laser-plasma plants, electron microscopes, X-ray tubes, hydraulic systems (indirect), plastics injection moulding machines, cleaning and degreasing systems, air conditioning equipment etc.

A stainless, 300 – 400 – 500 ltr. steel boiler is available as an accessory part for heat recovery applications. It is particularly recommended to equip the Water Re-Cooler with a heat pump condenser. This allows the heating of water to 418 K (45 degrees C) for a variety of applications at "zero cost". Cold and warm water temperatures can be adjusted individually in a range of 0 to 60ÂºC (TD 3K) via display thermostats. If the temperatures at the place of your installation drop under 283 K (10 degrees C), please indicate this in your purchase order.

Mini Water Cooler

The BKW Mini Water Color can be used for many diverse applications. Some examples include welding machinery, Laser-Plasma installations, electron microscopes, X-ray tubes, hydraulic systems, plastic molding machinery, spindles, motors, cleaning and degreasing installations, as well as numerous other applications.

Heat Exchangers

These cooling systems facilitate the cooling of oils and other media (with BKW equipment even contaminated media). Water is supplied at the front inlet side from the internal side of the tubes while the medium to be cooled flows in from the jacket.

Power Clamp Power Coolers

The Power Cooler is a new cooling unit to cool down tool holders. An air stream interspersed with a fine water mist cools down the shrink fit chucks of any shape in record time.

Control Cabinet Coolers

Electronic control systems are prone to malfunctions if exposed to high temperatures. The cooling is often performed by the blowing-in of external air or via indirect air/air heat exchangers without filters. As these systems always work according to the actual air temperature, the cooling performance is often unsatisfactory, especially during the hot season. The Control Cabinet Cooler has been constructed on the basis of 20 years of experience in refrigeration technology and tens of thousands of industrial cooling plants built for all kinds of applications. The cooling equipment is a unit ready for instant connection, and just an opening needs to be provided in the control cabinet for its installation. The equipment designed according to 19" technology is conceived as ready-to-install units for the standard control cabinets.

Immersion Liquid Re-Coolers

No additional space required thanks to the possibility of positioning the Immersion Re-Cooler onto the oil or liquid container. Large-surface evaporator made of standard steel or stainless steel 1.4301. Condenser extremely dirt-resistant. Owing to an approximately 5 times larger surface than the surface of the corresponding Continuous Cooling Plant, this equipment offers a high transmission value and efficiency even if the flow speed is low.

Continuous Re-Cooling Power Units

The Re-Cooling Plant is easy to open for cleaning in applications where contaminated materials are processed. The lateral air aspiration device for the condenser is positioned at the top, which makes the dirt accumulations inside the condenser easy to see and, thus, easy to clean. Upon request, it is available with an air filter fitted to the condenser.

MF Synchronous Motors

Liquid-cooled OSWALD synchronous motors and generators series M are particularly suitable when heavy demands are placed on a drive system. The motors are designed for wide speed range and high dynamic operation. OSWALD 6-pole MF motors in power ranges from 1kW to 175kW are characterized by highest power density with small space requirements. FQD Asynchronous Motors with Water Cooling

Rotary Unions for High Speed Applications and High Pressure

The unions of model C are used in applications with high pressure and high rotation speed. A special double row bearing and the balanced sealing allow to operate at high pressure without any problem. Model D (heavy duty) seals in tungsten carbide to tungsten carbide, are microlapped for low friction. All the parts in contact with the fluid, made in stainless steel, allow to use the unions with many different fluids including water.
