Axial Collet Clamping Grippers for HSK 100 Grinding Wheels
The AZS gripper is specially designed to manually mount heavy grinding wheels to a standard HSK 100 tool interface. The grinding wheel is mounted onto a HSK-style tool holder and is held to the spindle extremely accurately. The gripper allows very high clamping forces in a compact design. For example, the clamping force is 55 kN with a clamping torque of only 30 Nm for HSK 100. If needed, this AXS-100 gripper could be adapted for any HSK standard.
MQL HSK-C 4 Point Manual Clamping Sets
The central and coaxial MQL supply with constant internal diameter prevents coolant from consolidating. For a coolant pressure up to 80 bar.
Mounting Nuts for HSK-A/C Interface Adaption
Can be mounted in front of the spindle shaft after the installation of the collet. Has the advantage of being adaptable to HSK-E or HSK-F tool interfaces in an HSK-A spindle. Just use the drive key to expand and then clamp the desired tool. The ENS slot nuts can also be used in manual clamping units for more flexibility. Available for HSK 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, and 100.
